The young people from six countries have prepared project named “ Crossing the borders“. This project continues previous mobility of young people, which took place in Poland. The aim of the project is to provide possibility for the young people with the specific needs and opportunities to achieve the useful competence to control their lives, their time, abilities, dreams and desires. Our claim is to increase public awareness of informal education among the young people with the specific needs by the language and the content of needs and expectations they will understand. We also want to contribute toward social incorporating of the youth with the specific needs and give them the opportunity for personal improvement and best use of their own potential in order to become the active members of community and to give the support to their participation in democratic live in Europe.The nine days activities of the youth exchange contents different forms of informal education and its utilization, specificly competence “to learn how to learn.Sixty young people from Slovakia, Poland,Latvia,Macedonia, Estonia and Lithuania will create the presentations and bulletin in order to speak and motivate the young people without any opportunities to be a part of exchange program and to learn about Erasmus + and its possibilities.
