Start date: May 1, 2011,
Agros youth Group hosted in Cyprus a multilateral youth exchange titled "Grossing Borders for a Better Europe". The project was organised in Agros village between 02-13 of June 2011. Our partner countries are Austria, Poland, Spain, Hungary, Malta, Bulgaria, the Netherlands and Slovenia. Main objectives of this project were to raise awareness of one's own identity and culture and to cross borders to other traditions, languages and mentalities by involving actively with groups from other countries Our activities includes group work, outdoor activities, interactive lectures, quizzes, games and workshops, the participants. All those different activities help us to find out more about the factors that may separate us (like nationality, mentality, sexual orientation, backgound, etc.) and learn how to benefit from this diversity instead of seeing them as obstacles. By getting in touch with the other participants, they broaden their horizons and improve mutual understanding within Europe.
