The project will establish, evaluate and promote a transfrontier model for multi-service centres to provide support and access for cross-border citizens to developing national, local and cross-border electronic public services. The centres will provide easy and flexible access for citizens to a wide range of public services, delivered in a way and at a time and place which suits them best. The project will bring together a diverse range of transactional services in a single point of access, building upon and developing other initiatives which are being developed at local and national levels.
