The overall objective of the project is to be able to react quickly in crisis situations cross-border wise. The specific objective is to create a CBC mobile virtual centre of psychiatrists and other helpers and equip them with machines and vehicles to act both cross-border and locally. Expected Results: Estimated results are: establishment of a professional network of psychiatrists among the three countries ; srtrengthening personal and professional relations and exchange of know-how; quick and appropiate help in cross-border crisis situations; the attention of the public would be raised that in crisis situations there are psychosomatic and psychosocial dangers on the level of the individuals, families and the society, which need to be handled; a model project for other types of cooperations among the countries; reduced probability of suicides and other dangerous situations in case of a crisis.
