This project mainly oriented to sustainable development of the cross-border region through investment in human resources. The project focused on human resource development (HRD) on both sides of the border through establishment of a Cross-border Centre for Human Resources Development in Kyustendil and 2 local training centres in Strumica and Dupnitsa, supplied with necessary office equipment and furniture.Enhanced capacities of managers of companies and NGOs for getting more effective management and achievement of sustainable development of their organisations; acquisition of new knowledge and skills by employed people resulted in improvement of the quality of their work and likewise foster their personal development; providing unemployed people with training on how to successfully apply for job and run their own business improved their reemployment opportunities. Achievements: Elaborated: E-learning system and programmes, Operational Management,Strategic Management and Employment, Cultural Management and Creative Workshops, Development of the Teams and Personal Development for internet-based training.
