The project will establish a center for the automated production of recombinant proteins of general and applied oncology, capable of cloning, production and purification of proteins in parallel and automatic manner and derivatization techniques allow these proteins to increase the potential therapeutic effects. Expected Results: The result is a biomedical and pharmacological research in the field of oncology. A study will be protein (DNA), which are produced only in the active cell duplication and as such are used as a biomarker for tumors. Better knowledge of biochemistry and structure of these proteins is one of the preconditions for the development of new anticancer drugs.
