General objective of the project is to increase the economic cohesion of the frontier region, increase the competitiveness of SMEs operating in the Săcueni region. Specific objectives are: activate the cross-border business relations network of enterprises in the Valea Ierului region, strengthen bilateral business relations; offer special consultancy services to SMEs in the action area; provide incubation space to small and medium enterprises operating in the action area.The main activities of the prject are the followings: works and acquisition of equipment, creation of business counselling service package, moving in and creation of frontier information point.The target group of the project are 2,680 enterprises registered in the action area of which 2,234 are located in Romania and 446 in Hungary. According to their registered office 55% of companies operate in towns and 45% in communes and villages.As main results: provide incubation space for min. 10 SMEs; offering 6 special consultancy services in the action area for min 54 SMEs; creating a cross-border information point network for SMEs.
