The program Cross Access is a joint implementation of both countries Greece-Bulgaria which is focused on strengthening networks and cooperation in the fields of border security. The program is important for the seamless communication between the two countries through modern infrastructure. The need for the implementation of this project came from the need for harmonious, balanced and sustainable development of the border area in order to jointly be reduced the economic and social territorial disparities. Expected Results: - Technical project for the improvement of the road from the junction of Loutra Thermes to Kidari until M.Constantinos- Additional measures to improve the safety of road from the junction Loutra Thermes to Kidari until M.Constantinos- Repair and Expansion of an approach to road Zlatograd – Border Crossing Point with the Republic of Greece- Reconstruction of Rozhen, Ropotamo and Lyulyak streets in town of Chepelare, Information & Publicity
