Marketing, considered as one of therequirements of the modern world, has becomeone of thefundamentals of economic system. When we talk about marketing, first, brand management comes to mind. However, sales are very important in marketing. The sales person is the key of the sales. For this reason, the sales person must be able to manage customer relationsand the communication very well. The companies in the market also demands sales persons that well trained and have customer relationship management skills.Ourschool is located in Bagcilar distric tthat has a population of 750250 according toTurkish Statistical Institue (TUIK) 2013, with many companies, industrial sites and shopping centers. In 2008, our school opened there tail marketing department responding to theneeds of the sector. Every year, our school provides trained sales staff to there tailers on textile, food, service and in many otherareas. Inretail marketing department , students get customer relations lessons 3 hours a week which is not enough in terms of customer relations management. Lack of CRM modul esand programs in our school leads the oreticaland practicalless onsefficiency.CRM is a computer program thathelpstoidentifytheneeds of customers, gathersdataaboutthecustomers, createscampaignsforcustomerprofiles, savesandreportsthe data of customercomplaints, payment format, etc.When we look at European countries, we see that CRM soft ware is actively used in the storesand CRM knowledge is expectedf or sales people. There fore, it is essen tial to take the necessary steps in our country to educate qualified students with CRM knowledge.Inthis project, we aim that to get a 1 week the or etical training from Tertia Consulting Firm in Ludwigshafen Germany and 2 week spractical training from Berufsbildende Schule Wirtsc haft with our domestic partner and Bagcilar Otocenter Vocationaland Technical Anatolian High School and Yunus Emre Vocationaland Technical Anatolian High School Retaail Marketing Department1st flow: between 30.10.2016-21.11.2016 22 students + 3 teachers in Germany2 nd flow: between 01.12.2016-22.12.2016 22students + 3 teachers in Germany3 th flow: between 03.01.2017-24.01.2017 22students + 3 teachers in Germany As part of the project, students get 30 hours the or etical training in first weekand 30 hours practic etrainings forse condand third weeks. At theend of the project, students willget Erasmus CV, Erasmus language passportan dopportunity to continue their educations in different countries through Ecvet. Students willget the necessary knowled geand skills related to the CRM that they can use in their Grade 12 intern ship which will help the development of the retailindustry and service sector sandinc rease the quality of the services customers’ receive. When trained sales people are used in a productive way on active work force for our country, with the multiplier effect, it will bring an increase in the national in come.
