The project "CreP - Creativity Power" is held in Estonia from 1.08.2016 - 7.08.2016 in South-Estonia. It brings together 21 people from three countries who are connected through work with youth and have a desire to learn more about creativity methods. Our goal is to organize an international youth exchange for people in the age of 18 until 30 with the aim to learn more about each others cultures through sharing experience about creativity methods and raise the ability to use these methods (creative music, dance, games, drama) and the quality of youth work overall.The project activities involve an introduction to the creativity methods, practical workshops, sharing of experiences and creating a program for children in the local youth camp, which gives the participants a chance to use their learned knowledge right away. Further more it helps to use their experience in their own countries after the project. For group dynamic we have also planned a canoe trip and activities in the beautiful South-Estonian nature. Each day will end with a reflection of the process and a culture night. The project ends with an evaluation and will be validated with a youth pass.
