Differences, creativity, leadership are the key words of our training course. We aim to empower the creativity and innovation potential of the youth leaders and youth workers and to come with an idea of common creative leadership mechanism. The successful leadership of youth organizations is related to steady kinetics so in order to move forward and accept challenges creative and innovative attitude is essential. This training course will use at maximum the creativity skills of the participants and will reinforce intercultural learning and mutual understanding, aiming solidarity and intercultural dialogue using Accelerated learning and non formal methods as tools. In 7 days By exchanging their experiences and keeping in contact 20 participants from Italy, Spain, Romania, Turkey, Hungary, Bulgaria, Germany, Portugal, France, Lithuania will improve communication skills and they will increase their level of knowledge, will get rid of motiveless stereotypes and phobias, and will enlarge the horizon of the human and supply much more knowledge by learning the cultures. We aim to help people to meet, find and know ourselves without any fear and it see other with the respect. After training course we will do project presentations on creative leadership issue, which will bring the concept of creative leadership, and the results of the project, the participants' experience and, a program of Youth in Action and certification of Youth Pass dissemination.
