Creative ICT for effective dissemination - 7-day program/seminar - 10-17. May/2015.
Place: PÉCS – South of Hungary
Seminar for youth workers, project coordinators in Pécs, Hungary with 22 participants from 7 countries and 8 association. (2 or 3 persons from each countries). During the seminar going through ICT aspects of a project step by step: from the preparation to the follow up activities. Creative methods will be learned and at the same time adapted.
Smaller part of the program - Get to know the necessary ICT knowledge for the Erasmus+ program (e-forms, eu-portals, register).
The bigger part of the program focused to the dissemination by different effective technologies and methods. Verbal communication (interview, press, prezentation), using digital equipments and disseminate by internet (blog, website, face-book, video). Necessary knowledge for using safe social media. New, free programs for flyers, editing creative program-description , etc.) Important element of the seminar to make a film about the program and activities. Same time the completed documentation (flyer, presentation, video) that maden on the seminar, helps the dissemination process of the project. These digital products will be spread by several kind of methods: website of the partners, blog, different community sites.
During the seminar will be used different digital equipments: video camera, projector, laptops).
The program will be controlled by two young professionals (web-designe and media-communication) They have youth worker experience too. Working language: English, learning methods: "learning by doing" non-formal systems. The participants will share their good practices too.
Impact of the project: participants will be more confident and tendentious, users of the ICT tools, learn and share creative methods for dissemination, that results higher-quality projects in the future.
