Creative Entrepreneurship – Successful Career for Youth

Kasta Morrely Association and partner representatives from Bulgaria, Lithuania, Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey, United Kingdom will carry out the project Creative Entrepreneurship - Successful Career for Youth on 11-21 November 2014 in Iasi, Romania.
Entrepreneurship represents a remarkable way to employability and to encourage creativity and social values. Development of youth entrepreneurship is a viable policy but insufficiently exploited as a way to meet the challenges of youth unemployment.
The project aims to:
- Train the participant youth leaders and youth workers in creative entrepreneurship, factor of developing a successful careers of youth
- Put in value the competences of 28 youth leaders and youth workers and the intercultural training environment for creative entrepreneurship development among youth
- Promote the active involvement of young people in society through creative industries and Erasmus + Programme
Within the project will participate 28 youth leaders and youth workers actively involved in youth activities.
The training includes sessions on creative entrepreneurship - vector of community development, creative industries, unemployment among young people in Europe, developing a successful career and business development, finding solutions through creative industries for problems in participants’ communities, Erasmus + Programme, recognition of non formal education. Participants will be involved in methods such as quiz, team exercises, workshops, intercultural evening, TV talkshow simulation, brainstorming, interactive presentations, study visit, SWOT analysis, intercultural event, activities and self-assessment and evaluation and others.
The project will contribute to develop participants' competences as resource persons in the training of young people as creative entrepreneurs and the development of partner organizations and the European partnership. In the long term the project aims to increase the level of youth involvement in creative entrepreneurship and community development through creative industries.
