"Creativity and Culture Entrepreneurship Programme" (CCEP)Context and Objectives:The project will be developed in Castilla-La Mancha, and the main target of this project started four years ago in our organization is to enhance youth creative and cultural entrepreneurs, acquiring tools to develop their personal initiatives. The principal objective of this project is to promote the employability of youth as a relevant problem we have to face in Europe. The objective in KA1 Youth EVS is that volunteers learn about the specificity of cultural activities to support cultural, creative and artistic projects through entrepreneurial initiatives through youth participation and resources to start a business in the region of Castilla-La Mancha. - Improving associative work and encourage intercultural project management by youth.- Promoting cultural values among young people through intercultural work, which depends on the place where they will work.- Promote social integration through active participation and sense of entrepreneurship with different cultural sectors (folk groups, bands, popular traditions, etc.) and the Leisure and Recreation (youth and cultural associations).These objectives are reflected in the Erasmus Programme +, Key Action 1, based on:- Improve the level of youth basic skills.- Promote their participation in european democratic life and the labour market.- Improve the quality of youth work by a stronger cooperation between organizations in the field of youth- Recognize non-formal learning, and informal learning in entrepreneurship.- Promote international dimension of youth activities.- Promote the role of youth workers and organizations in the field of youth as relevant support structures for young people.The activities taking place in the project:- Analysis of the needs for youth employment and entrepreneurship.- Active collaboration in the programme "Cultural and Creative entrepreneurship support"- Management of workshops and outreach activities.- Workshops management with young people with business and artist projects.- Collaboration in educational programs of vocational training and non-formal education.- Participation in group activities to develop youth entrepreneurship.- Youth working. Methodology:Participants, organizations and the volunteers will enrich their experience at European level through the exchange of different values in the project with mutual understanding and awareness of belonging to Europe. The volunteers will have the opportunity to learn methods that can be multiplied in their countries. As they will acquire new skills.Expected impact and long-term benefits:The desired impact is learning and acquiring new skills for participants in the program and also exchange mutual experiences by active participation in activities supporting local youth. Impact in the European and international level is directly linked with education system, training and youth in the participating countries, incorporating non-formal education to support creative and cultural entrepreneurship in young people, who have the opportunity to express their talent. With all the good practices of this project will be create a webpage and a booklet to explain good practices for youth information and cultural entrepreneurship, which will show youth organizations, youth workers, young people interested in undertaking and youth information centers how to acquire tools to advise and support cultural entrepreneurship through the promotion of youth participation.Certainly one of the challenges of Europe is fighting to improve youth employability among various initiatives such as this project will focus. There is a need to boost entrepreneurship in concrete regions where partners come from.
