The project, based on previous Leonardo da Vinci project, aims at the certification of training for mediators. Its specific objectives are the development of a reference framework for training, the construction of a mechanism for the evaluation of the participants to testing, and the certification of the training at European level. The project focuses on three types of targets: young people in insertion, the actors of insertion and companies. Results envisage two reference frameworks for internal and external mediators' vocational training, dissemination of both training modules, certification of two reference frameworks, creation of a pedagogical tool on DVD and the development of an Internet site. The impact envisaged is to encourage stable employment of young people, the development of new practices and the acquisition of new working methods.
