ECO-INNOVA is a cooperation, investment and technical assistance project for SMEs. Its general aim is to create a transnational structure to report, advise, promote and develop eco-innovation in SMEs, and to support the creation and start-up of eco-innovative SMEs in the Atlantic Area. The specific project´s objectives are: - The definition of a Strategy to promote and develop eco-business and eco-innovation among SMEs in the Atlantic Area, based on individual in deep analysis of partner regions situation - The creation of a Toolbox for innovation with several transnational services to boost eco-innovation and eco-business. Achievements: Toolbox platformThe ECOINNOVA partners have been testing the new platform. Currently, the TOOLBOX platform in undergoing the validation stage by external businesses and personnel with the goal of checking and evaluating the tool. The Fundación Galicia Europa in its introduction wanted to improve the internationalization of the SBES through its digital platform. The toolbox will also have a user community that will facilitate information exchange and sharing of experiences, as well as job searches/jos listings.Users will be able to Access various intervention areas and will be able to obtain information regarding Project strategy, online work, pilot projects or commercialisation. There is also a space dedicated to fostering the use of best practices through the provision of videos and eco-innovative projects financed by the EU.
