Fabrice Martin and Anthony Fremon Descriptions of the activities: participations in all the stages of the implementation of the federative event (meeting of preparation, contact with the partners, workshops, logistics, promotion,...) Methodology: Job Shadowing Impact and result: increase of the organizational capacities of the participants and the members of the hosting association , valorisation of the local population and its project, increase of capacities to mobilize a public young people and to support its investment and projects. Results in the long term: better perception of oneself and others for the local population. Valorisation of their work for the young people. Development of new projects (exchanges of young people and job shadowing).
