The project contains several courses of education; department of restaurant and food, sales and service and health and social care second year. The project have focus on differences in the education systems, it will also give the students experiences in different cultures. This way the students can compare the Norwegian school system to other countries systems. This project’s main purposes are: - the students shall get a better........ understanding about culture - they shall be able to establish a network abroad - they shall be able to communicate in a foreign language And the projects will contribute to professional and personal development The students exchange will be alternating between beeing in the schools and working in firms. Expected results: With more experience and an improved cultural understanding we expect the students to become more motivated for their studies, and to get a broader view on what might be their future work place. We also hope that a project like this will help recruiting more students for these courses. The project will contribute to help them to see the possibilites to work abroad. The exchange will take place in spring 2016 in the months March and April.
