This project aims to implement the “National Digital School Plan” in Sardinia.Background of the project: a region in which, thanks to massive previous experiences cured from Governor of Sardinia, all classrooms have been equipped with LIM and all teachers almost all teachers have been trained about Digital. But Sardinia island needs to come out of isolation end to begin cosmopolitan to do exchanges and comparisons.Project Objectives: basically Digital Animators figure and dalle of the System What will the 40 mobility, Activate UN inexorable process of development of individual skills of teachers and digital nia IN pupils Whole Region.Number of participants: 40.Profile of Participants: first of all, Animators Digital (figure with the task of supporting the innovation process within their schools), then members of staff, finally school leaders/principals: people who can spreading good practices, motivate people and promote actions.Description of activities: Preparatory phase of information and training, and the 40 mobility (all training / update educational use of ICT on different levels, which lasts five days), then follow-up (dissemination events, collaboration and sharing on -line).Methodology to be used in the realization of the project: learning by doing and peer tutoring.Brief Description of the results and impact Expected: for individual participants acquisition/development of knowledge in the digital teaching, enhancement of professionality, international comparisons, development of the ability to work collaboratively online; for the members of the Consortium: development of dissemination of good practices, cooperation (also international), relevant documentation as a tool for social reporting, development as centers of excellence; for the Region whole, disseminations of good practices with training and events.Potential Benefits a Long Term: enhances of the excellences of every school, facilitating the growth of the students as citizens of the Web and of Europe, make all citizens involved actively in the process.
