48 16/17 year old Young People and their Leaders from Ireland, Portugal, Hungary, Belarus and the Ukraine will take part in the meeting 'Teenagers and the Media' in Athlone, Ireland 16th - 23rd August, 2009. The aim of this Multilateral Meeting is to develop mutual understanding among the participants while examining the role of the media in their lives. During the meeting they will conduct workshops about different aspects of the media, take part in a debate and in numberous other interactive activities. They will share about their countries and about their cultures and take part in some educational visits.
