This project will let us to assist experts in internal projects development and management, also related to the Erasmus+ program, via job shadowing techniques, aiming to extend the opportunies (in the social, working and training areas) we can provide to disavantaged people. It will also establish a strong relationship between the two cooperatives, which will be realized via a long-term project plan in order to involve members of both communities. The project involves our staff member, who is an experienced youth educator and interested in international projects for young people; this person will learn how to prepare a successful project, based on the knowledge of local needs and the requests of the individual, through continuous training, learning on the job and direct observation and sharing with other experts in the field of youth and promotion of international events. During the fourteen days experience she will also establish links with other organizations to enlarge our partner network. We want to increase the quality of the contents we provide to end users and public companies, aiming to create a local info point, to promote and support programs sponsored by the European Union and, finally, to increase the number of international mobility projects between Italy (Genoa) and Spain (Valencia).
