This project continued the reflection and exchange of views and development of ideas from the project CooperActive I for Recognition of Youth Work and Non-Formal Learning in the Youth Field.The main aim of the project is to increase the quality and validation of non-formal education (NFE) in youth work through adaptation, extension and dissemination of a single unified methodology and standards for quality in the conduct of NFE activities and the creation of national working groups for discussion between stakeholders (Youth NGOs and LAs) to create the law on NFE and recognition of key competencies acquired during informal youth training.The objectives of the project:- To increase recognition of NFE in youth work in the countries of Europe, Asia, and America and give a boost to measures in the field taken by public policies and NGOs at different levels;- To Recognition of the competences acquired in NFE, recognition of the professionalism and the contribution of the coaches (trainers) and youth leaders in NFE, lobbying for legislative changes, recognizing the contribution of NFE;- To promote transnational cooperation in NFE by helping to remove obstacles to vocational and geographical mobility and opening access to the labor market.Basis focus of the second phase of the project is to establish national working groups (youth NGOs and state institutions) to start the debate related to the recognition of key competencies acquired during non-formal learning in the youth field. Moreover, the aim of the working groups is to provoke a wide public debate on the establishment of a law of informal education and its inclusion as state educational requirements. At international level, the closing conference will bring together experts and youth leaders to present the results, experience and expertise on the issues of the informal education and its recognition.Actions: - Working meeting; - Sociological research, evaluation and review of the policies, resources, instruments, methods and international practices;- 13 national training courses for 400 youth leaders and leaders of organizations related to the application of the methodology for quality management; - 13 national training courses for 400 youth trainers and educators, moderators, related to the methodology for conduction of non-formal trainings;- 13 national meetings between LAs and youth NGOs and creating national task forces to initiate legislative changes to the validation of competences gained during the informal training;- An interactive e-platform for online distance learning for youth managers and trainers - 300 leaders and trainers;- International conference.The project activities will be implemented in collaboration with 13 international organizations from Europe, Asia and America, which will strengthen the impact of the project at national and international level regarding the application of the latest and best practices in the field of NFE.
