Une Terre Culturelle would like to organize this cooperation and evaluation meeting for 5 days from the 17th to the 22nd of November 2014 in Marseille. We will base this cooperation meeting on sharing experiences, methods of intercultural pedagogy used during the training and the evaluation of our projects. It will be based on the exchange of experiences of trainers and facilitators who have developed their youth exchange projects. During this cooperation meeting, the partners will work on our trainings towards facilitators of intercultural youth exchanges and see how to improve and formalize these trainings. What are the necessary tools andhow to transmit them to the participants during the training? Which methods are useful to set up a youth exchange with the particularities inherent to the youthwork in the EuroMed area ? How to improve the training program ? What distinguishes a training of facilitators from a thematic training? We sometimes encounter difficulties or conflicts due to languages, different ways of working, methods ... How to manage this type of difficulty or conflict successfully and make the positive aspects emerge ? There will be a reflection on both the content and process of training, but also on the interactions that may occur in the group itself. A posteriori reflection in the context of a meeting of cooperation raises awareness of what is at stake in this type of intercultural training. We can thus consider the relevance of the training we put in place, including the methods that we use that are sometimes misunderstood. In addition, the meeting will identify our target groups and our ideas of youth exchange projects for the year 2015.
