EUROPEAN COOPERATION AND YOUTH EMPLOYABILITY is an international project of study visit involving programme countries and countries associated ones. The six project will be held in the month of September of 2014 in the city of Novoe Devyatkino (Russian Federation), which belongs to the Leningrad oblast. The study visit participants profile is youth workers, youth facilitators, studental leader, employment technicians, young leaders and responsible informants of the work area. 12 institutions from 10 countries of the EU and neighbours to the EU are envisaged to participate. The project, designed through close collaboration between partnership, pursues objectives related to youth employability, through the exploration of best practices 'in situ', the analysis of proposals that encourage the entrepreneurial spirit and the dialogue between those responsible politicians of the city, the social stakeholders and representatives of different areas of the Oblast.
The methodology to be applied for achieving the objectives is related to the processes of acquisition of skills, competencies and skills that improve the employability of young people and using methods of non-formal education. A series of visits to institutions that have implemented best practice examples extrapolated to other realities, meetings with entrepreneurs, as well as visits to the facilities of local factories with youth inclusion programmes are envisaged. On the other hand, the project will serve as a space for dialogue, knowledge and debate between the participating organizations. The group dynamics will facilitate reaching agreements of collaboration. Delegations will present interactive presentations about the challenge of youth employability which will analyze reality and design a strategy for European cooperation for EMPLOYABILITY. Outdoor activities are designed to significantly increase the impact of the project, the visibility of the ERASMUS + and multiple possibilities for improving the training of European youth. Activities will be provided to enable participants to develop active and participatory roles providing visit of a high degree of interactivity and dynamic study. The project will serve as a reference to address two areas of concern to the EU: on the one hand testaremos the situation of sexual freedom in the Russian Federation, listening to youth and promoting values europeisticos of democracy, tolerance and respect for diversity. Secondly, know first-hand the opinion of authorities in relation to tensions between Russia and Ukraine. You are foreseen in a Kiev institution included in the Council of the youth of Ukraine.
Monitoring of activity is guaranteed through agreements that promote European cooperation in the field of youth, exchange of programs and activities, policies of support for the unemployed or other initiatives that improve the employability of young people at risk of social exclusion. Long term, we want to promote the EVS, implementing a European network that develops quality hosting projects focusing skills acquired in abilities and skills useful for the professional improvement of young people.
