In a high-tech, knowledge based economy, new competences of working people are required, but the VET sector is not yet responding in full measure. There are also a lack of innovation in the labour and training market. This project aims to produce new innovative certificates and training programmes for the IT sector adapted to the employers demand. The target groups are young and adult learners in vocational training, disadvantaged unemployed people, including people with disabilities, employers with a specific demand of new qualifications and employers who want to develop new job profiles. It will be done thorough labour market research, involving field research in SMEs and NPOs, followed by the certificates definition and testing in practice.
