CONSULT-IN-EUROPE - Transparency of qualifications in the management consultancy sector for the employability of senior workers in Europe
The project objective is to work towards transparency of qualifications and development of competencies in the field of management consultancy. By combining the needs of two target groups (employed and unemployed people aged over 45, on the one hand, and small and medium-sized management consultancy companies, on the other) the project aims to produce a training system that will facilitate the transfer of experience and skills of older managers and heads of enterprises to management consultancy companies. Formal and informal training products will be designed and tested.
