Project informed the youthworkers about the effective usage of internet tools in youthwork and also showed how to use internet tools during project development, preparation, implementation and follow-up phases with experiential learning methods. And also youthworkers have been informed about the effective usage of Internet tools and Social Media for youth work. Within this project, we also touched the social inclusion topic for disabilities with a focus of e-learning platforms. Project increased the usage of the e-learning platforms for disadvantaged people and it increased the participation of young people with disabilities to the project development,implementation and follow-up phases. Activity planned as Training Course in Karaman within the arrival and departure dates between the dates 04.05.2015 – 11.05.2015 with 14 participants 2 trainers and 2 support personel from 4 Countries ( Bulgaria, Macedonia, Italy, Turkey) . The profile of the participants were young people with age 18-30 who are interested on the usage of internet tools in youthworks and also social media. The aims of the project were; - Promoting the internet usage between youthworkers - Increasing the effective usage of internet tools between youthworkers - Giving the basic information about internet tools for the preparation, implementation and follow-up phases of the projects - Creating a habit about the usage of social media for youthworkers during the implementation and the dissemination phases of youth projects and increasing the visibility of youth projects in social media - Developing projects about the internet tools for youthwork and creating partnership between participants. - Increasing awareness of intercultural dialog and respect for differences. - To encourage the exchange of experiences in culture, identity diversity issues. As a result of the project, participants will gain competences and knowledge about the usage of social media and they will have an opportunity to experience this during the training. And it created a basis for the partnership for next projects which developed by the participants to include the young people with fewer opportunities. Participants created an impact with the activities which is created by the activities which are carried by the participants. Within project, in the long run, activities which are carried by partner organizations and also shareholders of the project, these benefits are expected; - Increased visibility of internet tools - Facilitated project development, implementation and follow-up phases - Creating an efficiency about the organizational work in youth organizations with usage of internet tools
