The general aim of the project is to promote a culture open to integration, multiculturalism among young people in order to value different identities that coexist in Europe. The specific objectives of the project that are achieved throught the training of youth workers are connected with reflection on the construction of individual and collective identity, strenghthening management skills and the positive transformation of the conflict, developing drama and other creative artistic processes for conflict solution, sharing the good practice of partner organizations within the youth work and conflict situations. The 23 participants will be youth worker from Czech Republic, Italy, Romania, Greece, United Kingdom. The main methodology will be theatre of oppressed that will be used in developing a common public performance reflecting cultural conflicts and nonviolent constructive ways of solution. The benefits of the project are connected with work of youth workers who can implement the methodology, good practices into their educational, social etc. activities dealing with conflict among youth and work on the follow up of the training in the common projects aimed at youth.
