The project aims to strengthen actions relating to the social and labour market inclusion of early-school leavers, particularly focussed upon countries where no current actions exist.Based upon a system of the exchange of experience and an analysis of existing inclusion programmes for early-school leavers, the project plans to develop, experiment, evaluate and validate experimental integration programmes for use in urban zones in difficulty.Once the analysis zones have been identified and the initial analysis of existing actions has been undertaken, the project will focus upon the development of two comprehensive programmes for social and labour market inclusion. These programmes will then be piloted in the experimental analysis zones and reports produced on the results of the pilot phase.The results of the project will comprise: an analysis of school failure; an analysis of existing inclusion programmes; development of specific programmes for social and labour market inclusion and a report on the piloting of the developed programmes. Dissemination is planned throughout the project to present results primarily through direct presentation to relevant professional bodies.
