The Project “Sharing and innovating from European experiences” arises from our school’s need of improving the students’ motivation for learning, the academic results, and the teachers’ abilities and professional competences. To achieve this, we start from the idea that the improvement will be achieved if changes in the methodology and tools are introduced in our teaching practice. Observing good practices in European schools will lead us to reach our goal. The countries we have chosen to develop our project are Italy, Ireland and Finland, where we will combine training with job shadowing. All the teachers of the school will be involved, that is, in the planned trips or sharing the learnt knowledge with the rest of the school. There are three planned trips with nine teachers involved in those experiences. They will be chosen following clear and transparent criteria, giving equality to this process. This great experience will be shared by all the school’s staff, giving us the opportunity to gradually incorporate changes in the teaching-learning process apart from a reinforced European dimension to our school.
