The project will be about comparing the job security policies applying in Turkey,Romania, Italy and Poland and developing the apprehension of collective job secuity by determining the adaptation of new technological improvements to job security. It is aimed that by this project to teach the students who are taking vocational educatian the danger in this area ,to adopt themselves safe attitudes and to provide a healty safe and productive work power.It will dimimish the deaths.injuries and lack of work power to teach them the importance of job security precautions ,to take away the reasons of industrial accidents and to teach them first aid applications. It is necessary for job security studies being a participant of same phase while the technology is consistently groving.Researching the contributions of new technological devices in the update and enrichment phase of the materials using in education are some of our aims. It is aimed to create a collective ‘Job Security Culture’ for the future’s workers and technical staff member who are in vocational high schools and also to use this in their working life in the future with this project. The project participants will prepare and announce reports to European Union countries about journeys,observations ,examinations and trainings within the project aims.Education materials will be prepared according to these reports and it will be provided that to use these materials in the job security trainings in vocational schools and work shops.
