The lack of the information required by an economic agent to be able to develop partnerships or to expand his activity abroad represents an important problem which has impact over the both target groups. This problem is emphasized by the legal and fiscal differences and by the cultural differences. The fact that different languages are spoken over the frontier represents another obstacle to the information access. All these needs have as a main effect the lack of collaboration between the economic agents from the cross-border area, with direct consequences over the economic development and over the living standard in the area.Due to the lack of real solution, solving these problems require very long deadlines, even generating complications in the future. Experience shows us that there is a natural resistance which makes communication and information access difficult. The proposed solutions for solving these problems are: an online paper, a weekly business magazine which broadcasts information, both in Romanian and Hungarian, a platform of communication, supporting the economic agents and not only them, no matter the place where they run their activity, or the language they communicate within the firm. The general objective of the project is to eliminate the communication barriers between business in the area. Target groups: around 5000 economic agents from the cross-border area Bihor-Hajdu-Bihar, local administration in the area. The main specific activities of the project are: rental and endowment of the editorial office, purchase of the necessary services for the project implementation, the team building activities for the editorial team and communication activities. Main results: Increase the number of the direct contacts, the meetings and events, the persons interested on the specific conditions from the neighbouring area, commercial exchanges, increase the number of the mixed companies, and the number of the companies that are the subject of an article.
