Colours of Culture through the Work with Young People "is a 12 month long EVS project for a volunteer from Andalusia, southern Spain. The project will be closely linked with all the activities of the GEB in the fields of culture and youth, including: accompanying young people from across Europe who are doing her work experience in Berlin (incoming projects) and German young people who go abroad for a work experience (outgoing projects); the organization and support of the cultural programs of the GEB and intercultural trainings. Moreover, the volunteers will be involved in the local activities in the district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. With a twelve-month stay in Berlin and integration into the activities of the GEB as an educational institution, we want to open the volunteers opportunities to develop their personality, so they are motivated to take an active citizenship in European society and increases their chances at the labor market.
