Young people from Poland, Georgia, Ukraine (10 participants and 2 guardians per group) participated in project "Colors of all Cultures". Polish group was represented by vocal group "KRAJKA" from General Education School Complex of Markian Szaszkiewicz from Przemy?l and young people from Voluntary Labour Corps 9-19 from D?bica. KRAJKA (Wale) arose spontaneously: from infatuation of traditions of "white" singing and multi-voice harmonies of Ukrainian songs. The initiators of the establishment were youngsters in age between 15-18. For most of them common polyphonic singing, is a tradition cultivated in their immediate, family circle. Ukrainian youngsters were represented by Tarnopol's Youth Work Center. Georgian participants were from Civic Education Office of Shida Kartli from Gori - city of different cultures, nations and religions mixed on small area. Youngsters from this countries wish to develop theirs' artistic talent. Main subject and purpose of project was to acquaint culture and traditions, break language barriers and stereotypes, deepen knowledge of young people about ukrainian-georgian-polish traditions. Main objectives of project were workshops, which intended to increase knowledge, acquire new skills, like creating products on artistic workshops which are connected with culture and traditions. Through 7 days, young people participated in workshops about acceptation and breaking stereotypes, art workshop, like drawing on T-shirts and making puppets, also singing with "open voice", learning about meals, folk, dance moves of regional dances: "Polonez", ?Krakowiak? (Poland), "Kanada" (Ukraine), "Rachli" (Georgia). Besides workshops there were international cultural events, common bonfire, karaoke, integration games. Common classes paved the way of mutual integration through learning national songs, conversations about interests, way and style of life with it's problems. Participants discussed and compared individual elements of national customs and traditions, looked for similarities which unite them, in spite of cultural and environmental differences. The result of the project was the "Colors of all Cultures" event with the participation of the local community, representatives of the City of Rzeszow, the Marshal's and the Regional Office, Cooperation Association Poland-East ,Directors of Houses of Culture, schools and the media. Each of groups presented unique for their country traditions, interesting facts about the region they come from (customs, traditions, folk costumes, songs, dances, cultural events). Local media were informed about progress of project and took care about it's advertisement. Radio Rzeszów took care about it. Partners of the project were: Honorary Consulate of Ukraine in Rzeszów, Subcarpatian Provincial Headquarters of Voluntary Labour Corps in Rzeszow, Regional Culture Center, printing house TPM, District Management of Polish Hunting Association in Rzeszów. At the end of the project, each participant received a certificate Youthpass that evidences a residual interest and skills acquired during the project. The priority of the project was the active participation of partner organizations in continuing the ongoing activities. Within 18-20.08.2015r. before the start of the youth exchange, there was completed preparatory visit during which everything was discussed in detail about project the draft program, working methods and practical issues. Financial issues were discussed as well, just as split tasks between the leaders on the conduct of workshops and joint development of a strategy evaluation and dissemination of project results. The project partners learned about accommodation, meals and implementation of all activities of youth exchange. During the preparatory visit the issue of safety, security of participants and funding were also discussed. During the evaluation, participants and project partners together decided to continue partnership and proposed second edition of the project to implement in 2016 in Georgia. Young people left happy and full of experience, enriched not only by the knowledge of the traditions and culture occurring in another country but also with new friends from abroad.
