The project "COLOURS BEYOND THE RAINBOW" consists of a face meeting seminar aimed basically at youth workers who develop ther work with lesbian, gay, transxesuals and intergender people and youth activists specialized in LGBTI rights. This seminar need prior networking and follow up that will take place between the different entities of the seven countries involved, in order to facilitate participants of legal an administrative resources, as well as other useful tools to develop policy and strengthening support to LGBTI rights in their origin countries.The meeting will take place in Cáceres, Spain, from june 27 th to july 2nd 2016 and will involve six countries other than Spain: Portugal, France, Poland, Cyprus, Turkey and Armenia. The total number of participants in the project will be 32 young people between 16 and 29 years old.Among the objectives pursued are the presentation of the current realityies of each places of origin of the participants, knowledge of institutional channels and tools for the implementation of respect and tolerance that can help to improve and achieve the LGBTI rights, addressing new issues (such as LGBTI families), promotion of public participation in solving the problems of LGBTI people and the creation of tools to implement these values in schools and legal resources to prevent intolerant behaviour. Our project is a continuation of the so called "The colour behind the Rainbow" funded by the Erasmus Plus program, which took place in May 2014 in Lodz (Poland), in which we participate as partners of the same.
