The background of the project is the concurrence of a business school respectively an agricultural school with business establishment partners, who take over part of the vocational training of the participants in the practical field. The achieving of experience and linguistic and economic entrepreneurial capabilities are its goals. The main focus in the tourist industry lies on culinary aspects and service, in the agricultural field the main focus is on dairy farming and the cultivation of crops. The participants show a great interest in tourism and agriculture as well as the acquisition of vocational experience abroad. The project is introduced by the school by means of public relations work and the winning of customers, especially via its homepage and the local and regional media. The project includes planned actions like the gaining of contacts and relationships with foreign partners, there introduction as a change in the area of schools as an advantage in competition for students and the school and a deepening of relationsships with partner countries as well as the promotion of mutual understanding.
