Pre-school period that we say kindergarten is the most important period in a child's development during training period. In this period when children have a high learning potential physical, intellectual, linguistic, social, emotional, behavioral and psycho-motor developments which the child gains significantly affects the personality of the child and behaviors acquired during this period continues to affect life.The skills and behaviors acquired during this period considerably affects the child's personality, behavior, lifestyle and life perspective in adulthood. The training methods used during this period which is quite important for the future of children have a very important place in the way to success. Different trainig methods are used in the pre-school period, which today is increasing importance of and is important for the future of children. One of these methods is Drama method. Drama method had begun to take place slowly in our education system today and has become a method increasing more and more importance. The implementation of the drama is that it is very effective method in pre-school education can be provided by training staff who has professional experience. However the drama activities in the curriculum taught child development department of vocational high schools connected to the Ministry of Education have been dealt with a simple level and the drama activities applied at the school has not been allocated enough practice time. This case prevents to acquire professional qualifications of the students graduating from the child development department because the students cannot use drama activities effeciently. Our students needs to gain a professional experience which they can use drama activities efficiently.Purposes of this project:a.To improve participants’ professional skills about drama activitiesb. To train qualified personnel needed by the labor market showing activity in the field of child development and educationc.To facilitate the employment of the participants in the labor marketd.To strenghten the cooperation between schools which are members and coordinator of the consortium and business world which operates in the field of child development and educatione.To provide being international of schools which are members and coordinator of the consortiumThe number of participants and profile: The participants are a total of 28 vocational students including 14 students studying in Child Development and Education Department from Yenice Multi-Programmed Anatolian High School, 7 students studying in Child Development and Education Department Safranbolu Cemil Meriç Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School , 7 students studying in Child Development and Education Department Ovacuma Multi-Programmed Anatolian High School.Activities:1.Putting together of project committee2.Having of project introduction meeting3.The selection of the participants and making contracts4. Giving the preparatory training5.Having project meetings6.Making project implementation activities abroad7.Having dissemination meeting8. Filling the participants report9.Making dissemination activities10. Editing the Project Final ReportMethodology: The contract will be made by the participants and organizations involved in the project after project approval. In this way, the responsibility will be recorded. For participant selection it is provided to make an application for the students studying the child development and education department at schools which are members and coordinator of the consortium by making clear and public announcement and participants will be selected by process monitoring commissions. In this way the selection of the participants will be clear. For the participants it will be given cultural, pedagogical and German training within the scope of the preparatory activities before going abroad. In this way, participants will be provided to make practice works in Germany in an easy way. Internships in Germany will be in two ways. In this manner it will be provided that the students perform a more efficient operation of internship. It will be made dissemination activities. This will ensure the achievement of the project experience.Expected results and effects:a.Our participants, students, develop professional skills about drama methods and techniques in pre-school education.b. They develop their creative skills in drama activities.c.They earn qualifications to be able to intagrate best practices and new methods in drama activities in our own education system.d. They develop their foreign language communication skills.e. They improve their learning performance.f.
