The methodology will be disseminated to partner organization societies, universities, business incubators, foundations and local or state governments, willing to design entrepreneurship training programs or run business trainings for their constituents. To assure transferability and sustainability we propose this project as a support service for those who want better to implement and use the methodology. The project team will be made of 12 partners from different European countries - Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Macedonia and Turkey. There will be 2 staff members from the coordinator organization, Incombinacion, 2 master trainers from Macedonian sending organization, 36 main beneficiaries from all 12 partners, and many young people from Europe who will be final beneficiaries of business skills training provided by this team. The mentioned team are having experience in creating and developing different training programs and in working with young entrepreneurs, as trainers, educational, service or product designers, youth workers, facilitators, business coaches or consultants, net-workers and partnership developers, program and project managers or developers, innovators, or strategists. The flow of activities will consist in two main type of activities: (1) Coached training and (2) Evaluation activity for future trainers, and are designed to reach the objectives of the project: - Increase participants’ competence in state of the art of CEFE methodology application; - Enhance familiarity with methodology recent tools and exercises and develop the ability to create new exercises and training programs; - Observation and coaching of participants for becoming licensed trainers who will work nationally and internationally; - Strengthen the capacities of 12 participating organizations in the process of taking actions for tackling the growing youth unemployment; - Increase awareness of the value and importance of youth participation as a form of active engagement in the society, through boosting the entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and creativity; - Strengthening the CEFE network organizations through Europe and partner countries; - Build a pool of trainers and pool of ideas and projects for multiplying events; To reach the results and objectives, project will use CEFE methodology. That stands for Competency based Economies, Formation of Enterprise and is a comprehensive set of training instruments using action-oriented and experiential learning methods to develop and enhance the business management and personal competences of a wide range of target groups, mostly in the context of income and employment generation and economic growth. The project will impact the participating organizations, in the first place, by raising their capacity to deliver entrepreneurship trainings, performance measured by the number of trainees and enterprises developed each year, their generated revenue and the national and international initiatives for promoting entrepreneurship. Also, we expect that this project will raise the awareness and credibility of the organizations involved and open the door for new international collaborations on similar topics. Moreover, the dissemination workshops hosted by other similar organizations will help and inspire them to create better training processes. By the support service created will help other youth educational programs to be born, grow and scale, thus promoting youth entrepreneurship training programs enabled, as a key tool in tackling unemployment, across Europe.Entrepreneurship is having the same impact on the 20th century that machinery did on the 19th century. Just as the widespread introduction machinery liberated workers from tedious and repetitive and tedious tasks, entrepreneurship represents the common person’s chance to participate in a life style previously assumed to be restricted to a few.
