A traning course centred on Coaching method involving 28 participants from 6 organizations, most of them, nongovernmental organizations from: Luxembourg, Portugal, Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic and Italy. The 8 days meeting will take place in Luxembourg with main proposes to provide youth organisations with an understanding of the concept and practice of coaching; promoting employment, self-employment and entrepreneurship, contributing to integration of young unemployed and / or young people facing social exclusion; promoting coaching as a methodology for personal development and job search; apply the methodology of coaching on social intervention and community development and to create an environment that would favour the development of learning projects and cooperation using coaching method. The training will also support the exchange of experience, expertise and good practices based on an intercultural learning process stimulating the creativity, active participation and initiative of the 24 participants, 2 support persons and 2 trainers.
