The aim is to develop the networks and co-operation of participating vocational education institutions, and develop the international abilities of trainers. The long-term aim is that the co-operation between vocational institutions contributes also to business contacts between Finland and Northeast Estonia. Target areas: Uusimaa (Finland), Narva and North-East Estonia
