PROJECT
FINISHED
The background to the project are long-time good experiences of international cooperation, a need for an overall renewal in a changing world and a need to get new European impulses, new ideas and new skills for all of our activities.
The purpose of the mobility project is to improve the quality of the overall operation at CLL. That is achieved by the competence improvement within the staff and by international contacts. CLL has an urge to renew its course concepts, to make the adult education more inviting and to take into use the full potential of IT. CLL wants to create new innovative learning environments, to improve overall project management and to build long-lasting international cooperation.
The project consists of 13 mobilities by participants who are skilled in their field of education or management. They all aim at improved competences and the mobility is planned to make that improvement possible at the same time bearing in mind the needs of the organization. Both of these needs are constantly monitored, and motilities take place where these two meet. All of this staff has good language skills, but the objective is to improve those also.
The project consists of two training courses, one IT in education event and four job shadowing and observation periods with custom made program to deepen the understanding of the hosting partners operations and to start future deepened cooperation.
The project is structured based on the needs of the organization but also on the individual needs for professional development. The mobilities that have been chosen to this project combine those two and are effective both in terms of costs and the working time put into them. The overall leading principle is that the new skills will be of concrete use for the entire organization but above all to our course participants.
The results are planned to be concrete: new course concepts and contents, new ideas for innovative learning environments, effective use of IT, better study counseling skills, more effective project planning as well as a better understanding of European project funding. After the project we have new partners for continuing cooperation and we have proved that we are a professional partner ourselves, a partner that is proactive and willing to share it skills, ideas and networks.
The longer term benefits are a renewal and modernization of our working culture, the well-being at work improves, the staff get a better perspective on their work. Our adult course participants will have better courses, with effective learning methods and the study counseling improves. We have broadened significantly our European network which will enable deepened future cooperation and thus a chance for renewal both for us but for our European partners as well.
