These new skills are important key competences and will intensely improve the employability of the youth. 4 Volunteers will be acknowledged by a certificate (Youth Pass) which makes the non-formal qualifications transparent. The volunteering in Münster (DE) will have a good impact on volunteers future career. During their stay they will take part in our qualification courses that are containing Video- journalism, Online Journalism and Trainer competences. They will get good practice while working with other young volunteers in one of the editorial groups of Community Media. Our volunteers will be enabled to train the youth and to initiate public discussions and journalistic reports made by the youth about civil society engagement, democracy, intercultural dialogue and cooperation in the EU. Their media reports will be diseminated via Web-TV(www.europeanweb.tv). Furthermore the volunteers will get a deep insight into the field of project management. This will also improve the cooperation and communication between our network members and young volunteers engaged in in our 39 Network NGOs and Youth Organisations all over Europe.
