From a context of high rates of failure and early school leaving, the high number of students from other countries and also the incorporation of new bilingual lines, we felt the need to improve our educational strategies and integration with the aim of promote excellence and educational quality. Participants in the project were 10 teachers from the departments of English, Science, Technology, Computer Science, Physical Education and Economics. Some of them bilingual teachers and others in the process of get it. They cover the range of courses in our center, so that all students have been reached by our project. Mainly activities that have been carried out have been to include in the daily teaching all new teaching strategies learned in the various structured courses. The results have been satisfactory to both participating teachers as for students, who have experienced new ways of learning. In general, it has been observed that there are more students motivated and more participatory with the use of new techniques. Anyway, as some teachers have done their training course in the last quarter or even during the month of July, it is expected that they will implement their experience during the new school year.
