Objectives of our project was to give to European volunteers the possibility to develop their competences and skills through work in the Polish educational institution, to create an atmosphere of international cooperation in the host organizations and to create the opportunities for intercultural learning. The volunteers had two main tasks, taking active participation in daily life of their organisation and to promote their own cultures and countries, and also to give intercultural dimension of their projects. Volunteers worked in same field but in different Hosting Organisations, were able to exchange experiences . The connection between all those volunteers was STRIM Association itself.
