The project seeks to fill the communication and information gap between people with disabilities and their potential employers and trainers at companies. The object is to facilitate access by the disabled to practical vocational training and to the labour market. To achieve these goals, the project uses counselling, qualification measures and practical support to help people with disabilities and companies exchange information effectively in the critical phase of the job application process. The most important product developed with this project is the Check and Go Tool, which will be complemented by a Training Tool for people with learining difficulties and disabilities and an Advice Tool for companies.The project tools were developed at transnational level and their usability has been tested by various companies in the open economy as well as by people with learning difficulties and disabilities in all participating countries.
