Within the project, partners undertake the empirical analysis of the issues regarding the talent area. They assume: 1.structures of the geographical context influence the vision of talents, 2.general connections and legitimacy of the social and geographical contexts also appear in the talents’ spatial structures and motion courses. During the already scheduled research, partners aim to elaborate a formal cultural and regional map of talents in the 2 counties. They organize the map of talents according to 4 historical epochs: at the beginning of the XX. Century (until 1920), the middle (1945), the end (1990) and our era (2010). They analyze the notable figures of science, techniques and art. The method approached consists in the complete examination of the creators’ course of life on the basis of analysis of lexicon entries. They paid attention to: launch of talents; preservation of talents; prepare talent remainders. Calculations of the talent circulation highlight those main connections, which influence the talents of the area as self-fulfilment opportunities. These data may represent proves for local authorities to elaborate the most appropriate frames regarding the educational policy and management of the talents. The direct beneficiaries are firstly the interdisciplinary research teams from the two sides of the border involved in the research and promotion of the study. The specialist partners: sociologists, psychologists. The main activities are: data collection and elaboration of the study (elaboration of the study, workshops, elaborating the talent map and the plans for retaining talent in the region, editing and printing the final study).Among the project results: 1 cross-border database containing talented personalities, 1 regional talent map elaborated, 1 project website.
