CHANCE TO CHANGE is Multilateral Youth Exchange in the community of Madrid; It included 42 young people from 5 countries: Italy, Estonia, Portugal, Greece and Spain. Main theme youth unemployment; collateral subject: sporting activities in the nature. The Exchange will have as resources the following activities: group dynamics, presentation sessions, creation of vidoclips, simulation games, workshops, round tables, exhibition of experts, dynamic games, sample and visit to experiences, meetings with associations and organisations working in favour of employment, cultural visits, cultural nights of each country, mountain routes, entertainment activities and other proposals for future work in network on the subject of youth and sports activities. This project its main objective is that together, young people from seven countries, and from the unemployment situation, descubramostrabajemos on oportunidades-ideas - proposed that the participants and present institutions, increase our competencies, promoting instruments resources in favour of the construction of a route (employment, training, volunteering) in each local reality, forming proposals innovative and enterprising of inclusion in the labour market (in the current model and others that we provoke). All supported with dynamic and sporting activities in the natural environment. The project is carried out in the community of Madrid, the 12/12/2014 to the 22/12/2014. We propose to include us as participants, at least 70% of youth from each association we are unemployed, in this project of Erasmus. In Exchange, all activities will work in team, exchanging ideas, promoting the removal of communication barriers, and betting on bonding and cultural diversity will be the working methodology. Communication and teamwork will give support to all the activities and methods of non-formal education, they will be used in the educational and personal development purposes, linking them to the issue of youth unemployment. The impact of the project think you will get through the creation of an informal set of guidelines, collected in a booklet and an advertising spot, that must be followed by young people to prevent and combat unemployment, as well as serve to promote the inclusion in the labour market. These finished products (drive young people to intensify their search to find the best long-term solutions with respect to their environment or employment) will be distributed at each source by the participants, as a resource for the dissemination of results in particular and of the Erasmus programme in general. The Exchange also has a theme that support the activities of the same, as it is the development of physical activities in nature; that I link it for the connection that represents the shared effort, job hunting and walking in the mountains, in the achievement of objectives. As we say it will be a collateral issue that will complement the Exchange.
