At EVS field for organization in Liepaja has established stable cooperation with a number of city schools. One of the objectives for organization is to offer NFL workshops for school groups. Such co-operation within the school is very much appreciated by the pupils the opportunity to learn english in practical way and co-operation, confidence-building activities in the class, what contributes this activities. This project is intended to include all schools, which has developed a long-term cooperation (a total of 8), as well as to attract new schools, for that we need bigger team.The project aims to appropriate leisure activities for children and young people, realizing their ideas. NFL workshops for school groups.The project will involve 12 EVS volunteers from Spain, Portugal, Turkey and Macedonia.Objectives of the project: - Empower EVS volunteers, in collaboration with local volunteers, to develop team building workshop proposals for the school groups, different ages;- Organize and lead NFL team building activities for 60 school groups;- Create a video / photo presentation for each class group;- Create on-line methodology tool for team building activities for different age groups, working with school groups;- To organize youth initiative informal evenings once a week;- Organize each partner country national evenings for the local community;- To evaluate skills and abilities, gained in project, for future development after project.The project will be implemented by non-formal education methods - team building, outdoor, presentations, etc. As well as digital literacy methods.Introducing own ideas, volunteers will gain experience and practice to be used after in SO.School groups will be more united, it will help to achieve better results in learning process and in common activities. They will also be able to look at themselves as others see it, through photo and video stories.Members of organization by participating in several youth initiatives of which will be learned and appropriate spent free time.The local community will be aware of the different national cultures.All sides and other interested persons will be obtained on-line methodology material on how to work with different age groups for team building.As one of the largest long-term result of this project will be on-line methodological material that will be available to anyone interested not only project partners.
