The project aims to the development and the dissemination of high level knowledge in institutional and material law of the European Union. The CHJMERJ will register within the framework of the Excellence Jean Monnet, Centre of University Nice Sophia Antipolis (CEJM UNS) allotted in 2012 on the basis of a project carried by the candidate who is also the coordinator of the CEJM UNS. Of a total of 1068 hours, the CHUMERJ will include 300 hours basic courses and 768 specialized courses in EU law in master. The CHJMERJ will engage UNS to maintain them in the offer of formation of the plan beginning in 2017. A new teaching will be provided at State University of Chisinau and courses programmed within the framework of the University degree "Engineering of Europeann Projects" will be put online and translated into English. As for the research component, it will comprise, in addition to the framing of thseis, a round table/research shop focused opened to PhD students and whose papers will be published. The knowledge acquired within the framework of the lesson will be supplemented by the installation of a cycle of conferences in partnership with the European Movement of the maritime Alps. UNS will thus continue to open on the civil society, given that the lecturers will be selected not only in the academic world but also among elected officials or personalities of the socio-economic and associative medium. All these initiatives should cause vocations of researchers among the students or show them interest to integrate European dimension in a knowledge into professional purpose. They should also contribute to better information of the public and local actors on european realities. In addition, the candidate will put her competence at the disposal of citizens of the Union within the framework of the Day of Europe and of debates organized by think tanks.
