Kafkasya Gençlik Hayali (Caucasian Youth Dream) is an EVS project to be undertaken by Uluslararası Gençlik Aktiviteleri Merkezi Derneği. The aim of our project is to build a bridge among Western-Turkish-Caucasian Youth by benefiting from geopolitical position of Turkey in order to provide Erasmus + opportunities, individual developments, 8 key skills development, professional development, etc. to these youngsters 'Equally'. Our project will be performed between the dates 01 May 2016 - 30 September 2017 and there will be 5 partners from 4 country such as Azerbaijan (2 partners from Azerbaijan), Georgia, Bulgaria and Armenia. Totally 14 participants will include in our projects. Our participants will be dynamic and enthusiastic young people between 18-30 age range and to have a volunteer consciousness will be decisive factors in the selection of participants.The main objectives of our project;- Increase collaboration between Western countries and to allow Caucasian youth to get benefit from Erasmus + programme as much as Western youth;- To bring young people on the bridge of the Balkans-Turkey-Caucasus together and enable them to create a common culture on it;- To allow young people to improve their personal, institutional and international qualifications and provide medium to them to transform similarities and differences among them into diversity;- To transfer Erasmus + projects and European opportunities to others with peace and active participation;- To provide opportunities for obtaining vocational acquisitions;- To ensure strong partnerships between countries,- To help young people to break their prejudges and disadventages in order to step on their future with full motivation and self-confidence;- To step with intercultural learning in terms of bringing peace, bring peace and brotherhood step in terms in our world;- To enable the young of learning by enjoying their time with sharing of local and international culture;- To facilitate inclusion of full-motivated and concentrated youngsters in fields of youth exchange, sharing experiencei labor market and so on whose desicion-making mechanism is developed and cultural integrate is supported. The content of our projects vary according to our partners' avtivity programme. IIn this context, Environmental consciousness development, dissemination and presentation of the Erasmus + projects, Providing assistance to organizations in the field of media and Refugee, Putting Erasmus + programme projects into operation in the field of formal education in schools and contributing to Youth Festival are involved in our project as the contents. At the end of the project, all the experience and data of our association, our participants, our partners will be brought together , to be shared and a common youth network will be formed.
